The best hotel especially for a friend trip! The staff was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us. They spoke in English and Spanish and assisted us in finding good dining and entertainment areas. The restaurant next to the hotel was fabulous. The staff is so knowledgeable and special, I think they made my trip to Medellin so much better

An armed individual came in the lobby and demanded personal items. Coincidentally right when the security guard disappeared for about 10 mins. I’ve still yet to hear anything else from the property after this incident. Definitely unsafe in my opinion.

Staff is pleasant but that’s not why you stay anywhere. The few most important things for me that in turn ruined my stay here are, it’s super noisy with bed against the window. I fell asleep at 3a which is when the noise stops. Slept 6hrs in 2 days. First glance looks clean however I can’t stress enough it is very dirty and there’s hair and dirt all over the floor/room, even in the mini fridge there’s hair. Jacuzzi tub on balcony was dirty as well but it’s open to outside so expected but again, the hair. I asked for cleaning supply to wash tub and the housekeeper came with microfiber cloth and “wiped” the tub as if it’s clean now. The bed was clean but extremely uncomfortable, hard as a rock. Lastly, THERE IS NO HOT WATER to shower. Water is cool/lukewarm at best, unpleasant shower. Requested late check out, given 30 minute😂 Restaurant Chikanero: made to order meals, average food nothing impressive, overpriced in comparison to others in area. Daiquiri Calenjo I believe it’s called (ginger drink) was excellent! Shout out to the bartender! Frank, a waiter here was amazing and very helpful, very pleasant and polite, explained menu in detail, recommended items, assured I was taken care of. Not overly busy here being that it’s a cowork stay I received a random WhatsApp message regarding transportation. This hotel (they don’t tell you) has affiliation with the transport company. I was not aware of that at the time but I researched and booked after verifying legit company
