We always enjoy Elara - Luis at the pool is part of the reason - he is such a wonderful person! Clean, room was nicely remodeled - heated toilet seats - staff is always so friendly!

while the overall experience was great, the check-in process was a bit disappointing. We had to wait an additional two hours beyond our expected check-in time before our room was ready, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. That said, once we got settled, everything else was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the rest of our stay. The location was convenient, and we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Despite the rocky start, I would still recommend this hotel—just be prepared for possible delays at check-in.

The stay was excellent, the suite was new, modern, clean, blew us away with the view, restroom (heated seats), projector, and so much more! 10/10!
