pleasantly surprising, the only negative thing i could mention is that they were out of hand soap in the bathroom and we had to use shower shampoo…certainly not a huge issue! otherwise our 5 star rating remains and thank you to the wonderful staff!

Front desk staff member was extremely pleasant. The room appeared clean, but smelled stale and not fresh at all. The linens and towels were worn and cheap and the room, furnishings and entire hotel are getting shabby. It didn't have a business center of any kind, not even a computer/printer in the lobby for guest use, which was a problem when I realized I needed to print a document and had no way to do so. Overall, probably a standard small town worn budget hotel with no frills. I was appreciative of awesome staff and a clean room.

Our room was mostly clean. However, the shower water flow was awful, the toilet paper holder wanted to fall out of the wall when we used it, there was no hairdryer or hand towel holder and the metal lock at the top of the door to our room looked as if someone kicked the door open and it was held on with few screws. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was not very fresh. The hotel is very pet friendly.
