Very friendly staff.! no elevator so if you don’t like stairs this might not be for you. The room is sufficient the neighbourhood is nice. Try the wraps next door and the sweet shop across the street. I highly recommend.

The good thing is it is in old city center. Restaurant and food stalls are very cheaper around this hostel. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. 1 had to stay for 1 night and my flight delayed and they called me and told me which metro I should take to reach there. Also one staff member gave me his Istanbul card to visit city. That guy was really good. Most important thing is behavior of staff is very good.

The best hotel in Istanbul! The hospitality was great, everyone was very friendly and helpful with everything and they spoke fluently English! We stayed one extra night just because we had a great time there! We will definitely visit this hotel again ! Thank you guys for everything!

Enjoyed my stay at this property. Staff were very kind and courteous. The room/bathroom was very clean. The curtains were sheer so no sun block out in the morning. The mattress was very firm, good pillows. Shower temp and pressure great. Location is not bad but a fairly steep uphill walk to grand bazaar maybe 15-20 minutes and tour vans don't like to drive down the narrow street. Felt fairly safe but being a solo female in a middle eastern country you can expect lots of looks! Bring pants/below the knee skirt if your planning on visiting the mosques.

My wife and me stayed for a week to explore Istanbul. Our room was clean and had all necessities (including AC and a mini fridge), even a small balcony. We had several windows and a nice view of the street and an adjacent courtyard with a tree. Across the street is a small shop where we bought water and bread. There's many restaurants around in the area, and it is about 10-15min walking to several different transit options. We were able to reach the major sights pretty well. In addition, the hotel staff was very helpful. Several times they were doing calls in Turkish for us to inquire information or order takeout. Especially Hakan was very kind and a great receptionist, and we wish him all the best! All in all a great hotel in a central location for a good price.

No offence but hotel area dirty and bad smell like hell, noise until 2-3 o’clock am. My opinion hotels shouldn’t be in that area or at least tell the customer the truth about area. I planed to stay 4 nights but we left after 2nd night because of my health issues that I got there. Only one that deserves 5 star is hotel receptions very friendly and kind person. I’m so sorry but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody just because of area around the hotel. Sorry 😢

La localisation de l’établissement est excellente ,tout est proche, des commerces aux sites touristiques. Les personnes en forme peuvent même tout visiter à pied. Le personnel à la réception est accueillant. Cependant, j’ai été très déçu par l’état lamentable de la chambre ;le plancher était quasiment arraché et il n’y avait qu’une seule serviette pour 24 heures.
