Rezervasyon yaparken tarihi yanlışlıkla bir gün fazla konaklayacak şekilde seçmişim. İşlemi yapar yapmaz işletmeyi aradım, destek talebi aracılığıyla sorunun çözüleceğini söylediler. Destek talebi otele e-mail attığını ve otelden onay istediğini belirtti. Gerek telefon görüşmelerinde gerek otele konaklamaya gittiğimizde otel durumu anlayışla karşıladığını ve gerekli onayı vereceğini söyledi. Tuttuğumuz odadan farklı bir odada konakladık (iki ayrı yataklı oda seçmiştik çift kişilik yataklı odada konakladık.) ancak karşılıklı anlayış çerçevesinde sorun etmedik. Aradan günler geçti, otel hala iade için onay e postasına yanıt vermedi. Aradığımda her seferinde tamam onay veriyoruz şimdi yanıtını alıyoruz ama hala cevap yok.
