Stayed at this location for 7 nights. I loved that the washroom was modernized, nice small TV and air conditioning to relax at night. Loris, the owner, was great in helping us adjust and move in. This is just a room, one room. There is very little space to even open up suitcases and then walk. There is no place to sit to eat a meal. The air conditioning never got cold enough for us to sleep comfortably. It was clean and easy to get to. If you are single and don’t mind the heat, it’s worth the price. But for a family of 3 from USA who is used to good A/C, don’t stay here

The accommodation was in a very convenient location, with Rome’s sights and the Vatican within walking distance. There are several lovely restaurants very close by. The air conditioning worked well and added to our comfort. Our room was clean, cozy, and the perfect size for two. Check-in was made easy. We were well taken care of, and our questions were answered very promptly. The host’s tips were helpful, and we made use of many of them! We also greatly appreciated the taxi being arranged for our departure, as well as the flexibility on our check-out day. The walls were indeed thin, and the noise from the couple in the neighboring room and children in another room were somewhat disturbing, so bringing earplugs just in case is recommended.
