1 退房後問櫃檯人員可以停車到幾點，櫃檯說可以到下午一點，去樓上用完餐覺得停車時間可能不夠，請服務人員確認在樓上用餐，可否增加停車時間？服務人員說這個磁卡可以停到晚上八點，櫃檯人員沒有誠實以告 2 原本預定一個晚上，臨時加了一個晚上，可是跟櫃檯人員的對應過程，完全沒有溫度都是撲克臉 3 到飯店的時候時間較早，房間還沒有整理完畢，之後就到16樓，經服務人員與櫃檯確認，是否為住宿客人可以使用樓上的器材，ok沒問題就開始走跑步機，順便等什麼時候房間可以好 過了三點之後到櫃檯去詢問房間是否可以入住，櫃檯人員板子臉說為什麼沒有事先報備就上樓，樓上健身房的員工不是跟櫃檯確認過了嗎，怎麼還在算舊帳 當時已超過三點也沒有提早告知住宿客戶房間已經好了
