Excellent and accommodating staff. As a solo traveler, I felt safe in and around the property. Although outside it was very busy during the day, in the room at night, it was very quiet with the windows closed. A wide variety of restaurants directly outside and within a short walking distance of the hotel. I would definitely return to stay at this hotel.

We really appreciate the staff

Room was clean, condition good, location excellent; staff nice, friendly, patient and helpful. After we already left Florence, we found out that my wife lost a pair of diamond earrings that were very important to her in the room. We called the hotel. The staff searched for them in the room and found them, and made arrangements for us to get the earrings back. If allowed in this rating system, I'd give Hotel City 20/10.
