So many things about this hotel exceeded expectations. The staff are amazing- so helpful from check in to check out. Welcome drink on arrival! The room was a large size, super comfy and luxury bathroom. There was a window from the bathtub to the bedroom area for extra views (great sunset vibes). Nice balcony for people watching and to relax with the rain sounds. If your an easy sleeper, bring ear plugs but most all noises stopped by midnight. Fridge, kettle, safe, robe and slippers all available here. The wifi was great. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices local and Western. The rooftop pool was small, but nice to relax and see the beautiful views. The location was great! Right in the mix of it all in Old Quarter. Luggage storage if you have an excursion planned for the day. Tip: there is a Viettel store 3 minutes walk away to top up your phone. There is also a great coffee shop next door. Recommend 10/10

Good hotel quiet room clean. Quin at the desk was lovely and helpful. I would love a window that opens but the ac unit was easy to use Roof top had a be there. Great. Pool not heated. We would stay here again

Incredible stay at a beautifully decorated modern hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful for our entire stay, providing services and information from the moment we turned up to their lobby and short notice. Also, asked for local coffee information and the staff gave us plenty of amazing options to try various varieties of vietnamese coffee.

Property location is great. Friendly staff that can’t do enough for you. Comfortable bed and clean rooms . The only downside is that there is no Shaving mirror in the bathroom and more lighting as quite dark. Hooks to hang towels and clothes would be handy .

LOVE LOVE LOVE everything about our 4 nights stay at Le Chanvre Hotel. Located in the Old Quarter and within walking distance to everything to see/do in Hanoi. A daily breakfast was included with ample selections. Executive room came with round trip airport transfers (especially appreciated after a long trans-pacific flight), a bottle of wine and daily fresh fruit. Guest service was over the top! The entire staff was friendly and super helpful which made the stay top notch. Highly recommend!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The staff is the most hospitable and kind. We are on our honeymoon and it was the best service we had our whole trip. They greeted us with a drink that was much appreciated after a flight. They took our bags to our room. They anticipate your needs very well. We booked a day cruise to ha long bay through them and that was a great time as well. The staff were incredible friendly and we could not have asked for a better end to our honeymoon! Rooms very clean and beautiful architecture and design. Breakfast included was full of variety. Also a great location near so many shops and the lake, plus train street that you can easily walk to.

Top class Hotel (felt like a small resort) and Top class Service From the decor, comfort, room, amenities, location, food, hotel staffs Everything is just perfect, will stay at this hotel again if we have a chance Employees: Employees are very well trained, from top to bottom. Help you with any questions or tip in Hanoi. Open the door for you when you come in or leave. Press the elevator buttons for you. Room clean can be requested every day. They clean top to bottom (including vacuum and change the bed sheets) Employees never get in the elevator with you, they all wait for the next one (even the elevator is empty and you ask them to come in no problem) The hotel General manager welcomes you with a welcome note with his/her contact on it shows how much he or she cares Room: Room felt luxurious with fine luxury furnitures. Huge king bed with tall headboard. Huge 42” smart tv Rainfall Shower head had so much water pressure They give expensive lotions from Italy Breakfast: Breakfast buffet was amazing with well trained servers and great selection Amenities: Free steam room and Sauna Rooftop pool and bar Basement lounge (closed at the time) Paid massage AC everywhere Location: Hotel is located right in the heart of Hanoi and all tourist spots or places of interests and restaurants are around the hotel perimeter 3 tiny suggestions: -Have a retractable umbrella beside the pool lounge and chairs, so people can also enjoy the amenities during the day -Have a little sitti

Nice small hotel in old quarter area in Hanoi. The service was excellent, all the staff are friendly and attentive to our needs. There are things that needs attention to: #1 The shower which is inside the bathtub doesn’t have door so every time you take a shower, water splashes out of the bathtub which is dangerous as the floor can get really wet and slippery. A shower curtain would help to keep the floor dry. If you’re an older person with knees or back problem, getting on & off the bathtub can be hard. My husband has to help me get off the bathtub every time. #2 The hotel’s Safe is not fixed onto the cupboard space so anyone can carry it out of your room as they are small & light. You can only use a key to open/close it. You cannot reset it & use your own PIN, I think the one in our room is broken. We were given 1 key to use when I asked for the other set of the key, I was told they only have 1. We never use the hotel’s Safe. We felt it was safer to leave our valuables in our suitcase. These two concerns are the reasons why we canceled the other 2 reservations with them. I’m glad we moved to Lotte Hotel & then, The Intercontinental Landmark72 as we get to see the other side of Hanoi.
