酒店新穎，裝潢高雅，隔音極佳、設備齊全，早餐美味，所處位置也非常方便，大部分的硬體條件符合星級飯店的要求，...........但很遺憾的，早上醒來時我發現左手臂上有8-9 個蟲咬的腫包，右手臂2個，奇癢無比，前晚睡前房裏並未發現蚊子，因此懷疑是地毯的跳蚤作祟。退房時向前台服務人員訴說此一問題，原本只是好心提醒，希望house keeping 能儘速處理，免得下一位房客繼續受害。結果前台服務人員反應極其冷淡，對我展示手臂上的咬痕視若無睹，對此事未表達任何關切，也沒有任何改進的意思，整個溝通的過程感覺起來像是我在找飯店麻煩，服務人員只是希望盡快結束對話，免得我借機勒索！對於硬體設施這麼新穎完善的飯店，服務水準竟如此低落，正如我開頭時說的，著實令人遺憾，飯店的服務，實在對不起付高價入住的消費者！！

Excellent Vacation Hotel

It's a perfect vacation hotel at Sun Moon Lake area. It offers everything my daughter likes: pools, jacuzzi, hot spring, and even in-room hot spring like bath tub. No complain at all with the hotel and will definitely come again if visiting Sun Moon Lake in the future.
