There were several issues with our stay at the hotel. If it were not for the exceptional customer service we received from Alex, our stay would not have been tolerable. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Alex and his kindness and compassion. It is what you would want in an amazing employee to represent your hotel.

Hotel is clean and nice, close to many restaurants around, we stayed for a night, it was good, breakfast $15 buffet was really good. Mattress was very good but not excellent, shampoo and conditioner were good too and I always bring my own, but it was good.

The housekeeping department didn’t clean our room each day, getting extra towels was a hassle on the days they didn’t clean, the toilet handle was broken, some of the outlets and light fixtures didn’t work, and we had to pay for parking even though we were guests. Staying here again, won’t be at the top of my list. Okay budget option I guess.

Overall the stay was good. I've come to expect more being a lifetime Dimond member but the children couldn't tell the difference. The pool was dark at night (lights out), sand in the bottom and little to no towels both nights. 2nd shift front desk lady wasn't very personable and forgot our request for an extra blanket. The gentleman on 1st shift was polite and attentive. He made sure to keep his word and look out for us to check in when the room was available, however i did not receive my honors benefit at check in.

Check in was good and lobby and pool were nice However, there was very low water pressure and sink, the room was dark ( not enough lighting), the door to the room took numerous tries and jiggling to open and the room was noisy from the the elevator and the AC.

Staff was friendly. Hotel lobby and rooms were nice and clean. Pool was closed due to "maintenance". Showerheads in both mine and my sister's rooms were terribly clogged, so after a long hot day of walking around Disney Springs and looking forward to a nice shower that was very disappointing. The showers in both rooms were also very slippery. Hotel lobby, elevators, and hallways were all very hot, felt like a/c was broken. Rooms were a bit humid but cool since individual a/c units in them were working well but they ran constantly, all night long. TV channels seemed to default to Spanish for some reason. Other than the hot hallways/elevator/lobby, the showers being awful, and the pool being closed when the kids wanted to swim, the stay there was decent. Unless improvements to those things are made, I probably wouldn't book a room there again.
