Saii phi phi village was one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed in. The villas were fresh and newly renovated. The beach was beautiful and water was crystal clear. The surrounding area was peaceful. Only downside is the plastic waste on the local village. I really hope that there was better waste management also outside the resort to preserve its natural beauty.

A very relaxing stay at a great location. We went together with my partner, and really enjoyed our time there. The nature there is absolutely beautiful, a lot of things to do around the island as well. The only downsides - the cleaning is quite slow and doesn't happen until the later half of the day, limited water supply in the room, and the food is a bit overpriced relative to the surrounding cafes in the village.

I highly recommend using the hotels round trip service from Phuket airport getting to and departing from the resort. We had a very nice stay at SAii. The property is beautiful and peaceful with a beautiful beach, nearby coral reefs, lovely tropical plants. The upgrade to the ocean front bungalow was awesome. We had our own covered porch with clothes stand to dry clothes. The outdoor shower was awesome! The AC worked well. Internet over the entire property worked. The food was thoroughly great. Breakfast was high quality. Great food at the 3 restaurants. We had a Thai dinner up the hill that was some of the best Thai food I’ve had in Thailand (I live here). Overall the place is wonderful. My only real complaint is the activities were too expensive. Not because I can’t afford them but because the other guests didn’t sign up for them. Many of the ones I signed up for were cancelled for lack of participation. What’s the point? Lower the price to a little above cost so that you actually offer something to your guests. I will stay there again. Looking forward to it.

Clean, the staff great, most of all Tanya that help us in many things, w had an issue in our room and she fix it and gave us some extra for our trouble, then kept in touch the whole time to make sure we were good

It’s a beautiful and quiet spot to relax and enjoy the nature-filled charms of Phi Phi Island! The location has excellent amenities, and quick service options via an app. The buggy service was a lifesaver with our uphill villa. The resort offers daily cleaning and turn-down services, has many restaurants, and many excursion options. We had a 10/10 stay and would love to come back some day!!

We liked the place but can improve. Better breakfast with for example fresh mango and juice. The staff at the reception can be more friendly (specially one guy, unfortunately don’t know name). Fixe the pool so the tails doesn’t fall off. Better information about the things you can find in the area around.

This resort is absolutely stunning, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Hilltop Villa. The buggy service was so quick we rarely ever waited. Staff were so wonderful and attentive, they took care of our every need, much of the time without us even asking. It’s so beautiful you will not want to leave
