Check-in was good. Got in room and unpacked and found out toilet didn’t flush and phone in room did not work. Pack up belongings and moved into another room. Went to get ice and the ice machine was out of order. On day 2 when we returned to our room, our keys did not work. If I had not stayed here before and had a good experience, I would not rebook.

Yes. Except the breakfast attendant. Coffee urn was empty and the sausage was gone. Only a few morsals of scrambled eggs. Apples were a total mush. When I mentioned it to her she snapped, " I'm working on it honey".
