Em ambos os casos, a equipe foi rápida e eficiente – trocaram o micro-ondas prontamente e, quando a fechadura apresentou problema, abriram a porta e me ofereceram outra acomodação sem demora. Esses detalhes, apesar de inconvenientes, foram resolvidos com tanta atenção que não comprometeram a estadia. Recomendo muito e certamente voltaria!
