I had a very pleasant stay! The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location is very convenient, with public transport, cafés, and main attractions nearby. He estado dos veces seguidas en este hotel con una semana de diferencia y se confirma las deficiencias, solo pasa el servicio de habitaciones si se exige en recepción, no reponen el gel de ducha a menos que lo reclames varias veces, y el hotel peca de tener pocos servicios en general

J’ai séjourné seul à l’hôtel Livvo à Las Palmas (Gran Canaria) et j’ai vraiment beaucoup apprécié. L’emplacement est top, à environ 100 m de la plage, ce qui permet de tout faire facilement à pied. L’hôtel a été rénové récemment : il est moderne, propre et agréable. Ma chambre était très belle, bien équipée, avec une literie confortable — idéal pour bien se reposer lorsqu’on voyage seul. Le personnel est quant à lui très accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. En bref, un excellent séjour et un hôtel que je recommande sans hésiter.

La struttura si trova a pochi passi dal mare ma a mio avviso è adatta per un soggiorno di lavoro o di qualche giorno perchè la stanza è piccola e manca di un armadio, c'è solo un appendiabiti a vista. La cosa che mi ha colpito negativamente è che la stanza è munita di macchina per il caffè che però viene rifornito solo per la prima notte, per gli altri giorni te lo devi comprare. Sinceramente è la prima volta che mi capita in un albergo a 4 stelle. Mi sembra un'ottica veramente miope.

The hotel bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The rooftop jacuzzi good enough, maybe the opening and closing times could be extended for guests to wind down after coming from the beach. I can't comment on the breakfast as I chose a room only stay. I did see two baby cockroaches which I fed back to the reception team upon check out.

Lorsque je suis arrivee a l'hotel, l'hotel avait perdu ma reservation. Ils m'ont soutenu pendant une demie-heure qu'ils ne travaillaient pas avec Hotels.com, voulaient que je quitte l'etablissement, refusaient de prendre toute responsabilite, voulant que ce soit moi qui contacte Hotels.com, meme lorsque je leur montrais pour la 4e fois le mail de confirmation qu'ils m'avaient eux-meme envoye!! Cela a dure une heure jusqu'a ce qu'ils remettent la main sur ma reservation (dans leurs spams!). Quand j'ai enfin pu obtenir ma chambre, ils m'avaient attribue une chambre simple alors que j'avais reserve une chambre double. Oui, une chambre double, c'est plus cher, donc ils voulaient me refiler une chambre moins chere que ce que j'avais paye et garder la double. J'ai finalement obtenu une chambre double, spacieuse et propre, rien a redire. De l'eau dans le frigo, mais uniquement gazeuse. J'ai reclame a plusieurs reprises de l'eau plate, cela n'a jamais ete fait. Statistiquement, il y a plus de chances que les gens aiment moins l'eau petillante que l'eau plate. Il y avait des capsules de cafe, mais pas de machine a cafe. J'ai du la reclamer, et n'ai pu avoir la machine que 24h plus tard. Les premieres capsules de cafe etaient gratuites, mais si j'en voulais d'autres, il fallait payer. Du the, mais pas de bouilloire. Pour finir, une odeur d'egout dans le hall de l'hotel. L'hotel n'est pas mal, mais peu d'attention a l'equipement des chambres, et personnel pas a l'ecoute des clients.

The hostel staff were very kind and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The bedroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, the overall experience fell short of expectations for a 4-star hotel. Several advertised amenities were either unavailable or not functioning. The TV signal was not working, and both the rooftop terrace and jacuzzi were out of use. Basic supplies for the Nespresso machine, such as coffee capsules, sugar, milk, or even a spoon, were missing despite requesting them at reception. Additionally, there was no kettle or tea available in the room. The hotel's website mentioned that bathrobes and slippers would be provided, but these were not available in the room. While towels were supplied, the lack of other promised items was disappointing. Although the staff cited the hotel's recent opening (only a week prior) as a reason for these shortcomings, it still did not meet the standards expected at this price point. Overall, it wasn’t worth the cost.

Its a nice enough hotel, but even though it looks like its had a bit of paint and refurb the things like the elevator are a bit old and with noise coming from it a bit worrying, but its certified so will be good. Was supposed to have had water in the fridge but there wasn't any, asked and told cleaning would put it in the fridge next day, but it wasn't there the next day either, so went to the local supermarket and bought my own
