Breakfast was decent. My only complaint with breakfast was they were out of half and half, and the bacon was basically crumbles. The pool was good, never had any pool towels, but not that serious. Otherwise everything was fine. Good value for the price! Rooms clean and comfortable.

The breakfast and coffee service were both terrific. However, the front desk clerks for when I both checked in and checked out were not the best. They didn't greet me at all and they didn't even asked how my stay was. And, it wasn't even busy. Unacceptable! Finally, for the breakfast service, they need to offer regular yogurt, in addition to greek yogurt.

This day was wonderful. The pool is great on the day we arrived and the breakfast in the morning was amazing. I was disappointed that on the day of checkout. The pool was completely closed for cleaning and I wasn’t aware of this. I had planned to swim for a few hours before leaving, but that didn’t happen.

We have been staying at Holiday Inn Express for a few years now. It’s our goto hotel. Everything was great , my only complaint was the pool was closed and not pinned on the site when booking. That was a huge part of picking this hotel as it was a weekend getaway for my wife and I. Other than that it was a great stay. Jenna was great in accommodating us with a later check out. This hotel is everything it needed to be for a Holiday Inn Express, though a bit overpriced it was clean, the staff was professional and breakfast was nicely presented with variety. They had hot oatmeal annd cinnamon rolls and that is always a win for me!

The handle/lock in the bathroom, you had to pushed it up for it to click to shut the door and lock. The vent in the bathroom rattled badly. The AC was horrible with the rattling noise. The stairs were very dirty and the staff were not friendly.
