The room was clean. The staff were all kind and professional. Everything worked : TV, AC, Microwave, refrigerator, stove, iron etc. My only complaint is the water. The water felt kind of oily. Like no matter how much I rinsed off, my skin still felt like it had soap residue. And the kitchenette sink wouldn't get hotter than lukewarm. And the water pressure in sinks and tub was very low. Though respect the fact that many people prefer low pressured, soft water. It's not My preference and detracts from an otherwise great stay
