設施太舊,整體潔淨度就70分,room service 送來的咖啡超難喝,電視只能看頻道 電影都沒有;但打掃的阿姨服務和態度都很好,早餐自助餐的食物也很一般;房間內的電話很難用 也經常沒人接電話 要等很久

Great experience, special thanks to Charlie Lynn
While checking in at the executive lounge, we had wonderful assistance from Charlie, who is very enthusiastic and patient in taking care of customer's needs.
Furthermore, Lynn has been very helpful in taking care of our needs and welcoming. Overall this has been a great trip and led to a happy stay for us.
The hotel has been kept in a good condition in general and room was wonderful. A small recommendation is to ensure bedsheet/ blanket care . Great experience overall
Rooms were spacious, well-designed and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful even though we couldn’t speak Chinese. Breakfast was great, lots of different options even for vegetarians. Unfortunately the hotel does not have good sustainability. They offer plastic bottles in the room and there is no water fountain in the gym - again only plastic water bottles.
