Property personnel was busy sleeping and had me standing outside for a long persiod of tuem. They were notified ahesd 9f t8me of my late checkin and check in tme beng around 1130pm. Then upon finally coming to the window the pasy was rude.

Mold in bathtub. Black marks on room darkening shades. No phone. Access card stopped working in mid stay. Can’t access WiFi on TV to use my Amazon Prime. Underwear in my parking space for 24 hours. Sign says open 24 hours but front door was locked at 6 AM. Homeless people sleeping in cars in parking lot. Drug users soliciting us in parking lot. Guy next store on phone all night yelling and cursing kept me awake most of night. Air conditioning did work. Sometimes cheap is not worth it.

The hotel is out dated. Roomy rooms but old. Very noisy, semi truck running all night.

Great price, great location. The room was clean, had a micro and big frig. Miss Kay that checked us in was wonderful. She had answered a message I left, she asked which of two rooms we preferred, she checked on us after check in. Wow.

Our checking was our biggest issue! When I reserved the room it was for a room with 2 beds the first room they gave us had only 1 bed then they gave us a room with 2 beds but no working air and when they sent maintenance up he said can’t be fixed and acted like we were just gonna have to deal with it after complaining was finally put in a room with working air but the tv did not work by then we were so aggravated we just dealt with no tv on the bright side it had no bugs in the room

Hotel is more run down than it appears online. Checking in in main lobby the temperature was uncomfortably warm. I spoke with hotel management through a thick window with a small opening. There was no amplification of their voices so I to ask many times for them to speak up so I could hear them. Initially they told me the room I reserved was out of order and could I accept another one with less beds. (I had reserved a room with 3 beds). I said no as I only chose this hotel based on the fact that it had this room. After a call to their management they said ok and completed booking me into the original room. On my way out to my car they came running outside and asked me to come back in where the informed my I could not stay in the room as there was a plumbing issue. How this situation had changed in the lat 5 minutes I don't understand. I was finally offered a refund of the room on my credit card which took another 15 minutes and a call to management and consultation with another employee on how to process a return on a credit card. I spent almost 45 minutes all together on this fiasco. No apologies from the staff for not having a room or for the amount of time this all took. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Knights Inn Impressive!!

It was worth the price and was very surprised that the bed was the most comfortable to sleep in then some of the more expensive hotels. I have stayed in comfort suites and really all the choice hotels and slept better here then any of those. The staff was really friendly and very welcoming. I will definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for comfortable bed to have a goodnight sleep in ... then here is the place to go. Great prices too.
