Air conditioner worked every OTHER day...and we killed 3 cockroaches that we found.

Finding the specific building at midnight was frustrating since it wasnt clearly marked. And there was sone construction going on in the shared lot. Over all, its a great place to stay!

Fun in the Sun Vacation

Our stay was great. We arrived early after a 7 hour drive. Michael at the front desk arranged for our room to be cleaned and let us check in early. We were able to get another half day on the beach. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice and clean. The beach chairs and umbrellas were included and the attendant was very helpful. We enjoyed restaurants that were very near, within 1 mile. Everything was wonderful and made our vacation super nice.

We expected better from the Wyndham brand.

We were disappointed with this condo. We expected better from the Wyndham brand. The unit was comfortable, but you have to supply your own trash bags, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, coffee filters, etc. When we asked for these items, they said we had to buy our own because they are a condo and not a hotel. We have stayed at many condos and have never seen this. The kitchen supplies were a hit and miss. There were only two knives, no cutting board, etc. The only redeeming factor is the beachfront property. They do provide you with two beach chairs and an umbrella. If you stay here, be prepared to buy some necessities.

On the Beach with easy access. Solid walls resulting in low noise between condos. Heated pool. Close to food, sights, and entertainment. Easy parking and building access. Sauna and/or whirlpool would be nice. Some confusion on check-in instructions. It will not be a problem in the future, but finding the After hours box (office closes at 5pm), would have been easier if the online instructions were more clear what to look for and making the after hours box not look like a Utility Access. Maybe a different color, or marking to stand out.

Scammed by Quest Management Ft Walton Florida

I booked a condo with the Islander Condos through you for this vacation as I was familiar with the property. We I arrived and in the office for check in the attendant told me our condo was moved to a unit in the Echoe Island Condos (also managed by Quest Properties) without ANY consultation with me. I told attendant I booked specifically wanted the Islander as I knew the property. He said we had to take the condo at Echoe Island- no other offer. I feel we were lied to by Quest Properties, Hotels .com, and others as I rented a specific property and received another that was not as nice- an older property. Now that I know these sites, etc can freely charge a rate for one property and give the customer another without consultation I feel cheated and will probably spend much time spreading the word about our experience . Very disappointed after paying $2K for our vacation unit. Scammed

A very old out of date condo. Had plumbing issues in both bath rooms. A condo under construction immediately adjacent to our unit resulted in a very loud noise level all day, making visits to the balcony a very bad experience. Left one day early because of the situation. Wyndham will contact Expedia and request a refund for the one day. One other issue, I had requested a gulf front unit but the one we got was a partial gulf view unit. On the bright side the area was not as crowded as the Destin area

Beach view Condo

This condo is right on the beach. We were on the top floor on the end which gave us a good degree of privacy. There was a nice big balcony with a view of both the gulf and inland water way. It was a nice vacation. This is our second stay at the Islander Condominiums. It has a really nice pool too.

very pleasent and near the beach, you can not ask for more. A little more care in cleaning would be excellent. the most important thing is the respect they give our dogs for allowing them to stay. thank you for respecting our pets

Beautiful beach view, very clean, comfortable room

Great stay at the Islander Resort during our hurricane Irma evacuation. Room was very clean, full kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals, bunkbeds were awesome, beach view amazing, office staff were helpful & friendly including after hours check-in folks. We were blessed & so very thankful to God to have such a beautiful place to stay. Would highly recommend & hope to return again someday!

The beach was awesome and the room was very comfortable. My complaint is that when I booked I was under the impression I was getting a one bedroom for the price I paid I was disappointed that with three boys ages 12 and 7yr old twins we all had to sleep in the living room together.
