We absolutely loved this apartment! It was more space than our family of three needed, but it was so nice to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. The building felt very safe, and our 9-year-old especially enjoyed being in charge of entering the door code every time we came “home.” The entry hallway is impressively wide and easily accommodated our large backpacks. The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the Colosseum and plenty of restaurants. The view from the apartment is lovely, with beautiful surrounding buildings. Plus, there’s a small mason (Roman water spout) right outside the street entrance where we topped up our water bottles every morning before heading out. We would definitely stay here again!

Host was very responsive, and made restaurant recommendations that were spot on. Authentic Italian fell that you can’t get by staying in a large hotel. Worked great for my family of 4.

This property has airconditioning in only the common area . Not the bedroom (fan). I had the washer, oven and aircondition on and the electric went off.l had to go downstairs in the courtyard to get it back on. The scariest part was that I trapped in the apartment for 4 hours and eventually freed at 2am and only then was able to get my food delivery that was sitting by the door The owners never even called after I miss my excursion because I was only able to go to sleep at 3 am

Strategically located in Rome for sightseeing

This property was clean, spacious, secure, and on the second floor with an elevator. It had a washer, so we were able to do our laundry and dry the clothes on a rack. It was perfectly located by the Coliseum, so we were close to many of Rome's historical gems. A nice perk was that the property management company organized our airport transfer for a good price. We would stay here again!
