We were in a basement room that had recently been refurbished so it was very modern and clean. Air con was superb in the recent heatwave. Staff were friendly too. Only marked down because the lift was in maintenance mode to our basement room so we had to haul luggage up and down some random steps and that we were in the basement. Perfect location for Hyde Park gigs. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were excellent and the hotel is well located. No food is available but the Cumberland next door does breakfast and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Room is clean and tidy and the windows open. Air con is okay but wouldn't go below 19c and the room became quite stuffy. Very comfortable bed.
