The breakfast was great. We didn’t use the outdoor pool because we just had an overnight stay. The bed was comfortable and the room had exactly what we needed. It’s obvious that security used to be an issue because the door was metal and you could see where it had been broken into in the past. We felt like we had arrived in El Salvador when we saw how they drain the bathroom sink and shower. It actually was quite enchanting.

The view at this place is breathtaking. The staff is so nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant had delicious food. The pool was well kept and clean. Overall giving it 4 stars instead of 5 simply because there was no elevator and we were on the bottom floor and it was a struggle going up the hill with luggage.

I can’t speak more highly about this hotel. The views are breathtaking. The rooms are very clean. The grounds are very beautiful and well maintained. The ambiance is very peaceful and lively. The restaurant is superb and very convenient! Probably the best aspect of this hotel is the staff. Excellent customer service. I very much appreciated that many spoke English. Finally, it is reasonably located 35-40 minutes from SAL airport. I would literally fly back to El Salvador just to spend more time at this hotel. Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond! If you looking to get away and relax, this is the place to go!

Room was ok Coukd he so much nicer with little effort. No safe, better towels and pool towels would be nice. Also don’t have a cheap room by swimming pool noisy. Pay the bit extra. More sun loungers with cushions would be nice as well.
