We had a wonderful stay - very impressed with the room, it was very clean, beds were comfy, plenty of storage for clothes in the room, staff were very helpful and friendly, offering luggage storage for our evening flight so we could go out in the day. We were also pleased with how quiet it was and the location was great - walkable to main attractions and round the corner from a tram stop.

Good clean room, quiet, nice girl Lisa on reception desk. However room too hot and fan blowing 24 hours a day with no way of switching it off. Wall controls dead. Turned off radiator but still too warm. Instructions to enter building and room confusing it need completely re writing. Toaster in room would be welcome. However in summary excellent accommodation

Lovely accommodation, very modern and comfortable. Staff were quick to respond and resolve an issue, which we were thankful for. Location is good, however, for us, traffic was too noisy but if you don’t mind that, then it’s a great location.

I picked this hotel so I was near a Tram stop and close to all the things I wanted to see. I was greated very politely and was able to get in my room early. The accommodations wete very nice and comfortable. You cannot go wrong by staying here.

Zimmer sind super sauber, die Unterkunft an sich auch sehr edel und hochwertig. Man muss beachten, dass es direkt an einer Hauptstraße liegt. Das Prag eine sehr belebte Stadt ist, ist hier mit Lärm zu rechnen.

Perfect apartment

We have travelled and stayed in lots of different places this has to be one of the best. We were blown away when we opened the door to our apartment, absolutely gorgeous and so clean. The apartment has absolutely every thing you need. The apartment is cleaned every two days they leave you more toiletries, coffee is uits and give you a large bottle of water.

Excelente residência em Praga

Amamos a residência.....ampla, muito bem localizada, acesso fácil ao transporte público, mercados e restaurantes quase ao lado, chegamos antes do horario do check in e fomos super bem recebida. Vale muito a pena se hospedar no Nobilis Residence.

Beautiful and large, open studio apartment with separate entry (close off with door) and bathroom. Clean, well stocked kitchen with dishes although we did not use. Pleasant minimalist decor in a beautiful building. Cherry on top is small balcony with table and chairs overlooking city. Only complaint is that the extra ‘twin bed’ was a small, not so comfortable cot for our son, although our King was wonderful!! Would also recommend clear directions for where and how to access entry door after hours (took us a bit to figure this out!) and maybe a luggage storage accessible 24 hours and self-serve?

Bad smell

The accommodation itself was fine, but our stay was completely ruined by a constant and overpowering smell of feces and rotten sewage that filled our room, clearly coming from the kitchen sink. It felt as if someone had defecated right there, and the stench persisted all day, every day. This seems to be due to the building’s outdated and broken drainage system. Because of this, I strongly advise anyone considering this place to choose a different accommodation. The smell, especially on the upper floors, is unbearable and will undoubtedly ruin your stay.

Konumu gayet iyi toplu taşıma duraklarına yakın. Yüyümeyi biraz seviyorsanız Astronomik saat, Charles köprüsü ikonik noktalara yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz. Konaklama deneyimi bekletimin üzerinde oldu. Temizlik, fiziki şartları ve konfor harika. Eşyalar yeni gibiydi. En ince ayrıntısına kadar her detay düşürülmüş. Ana cadde üzerinde olmasına rağmen ses izolasyonu da gayet yeterliydi. Prague tekrar gelirsem tekra tercih ederim.
