The location is excellent. Just blocks from the paroquilla and not too steep of a road back and forth. Know that the sidewalks are very narrow and the streets throughout San Miguel are cobblestone and uneven. The loft #2 was decorated nicely with art and furnishings. There were many kitchen utensils, plates and cups as well as a stove and refrigerator. The bathroom is tiled cute. Where our stay lacked was with the cleaning service. We asked for clean towels and wash rags but they were not replaced. Our toilet paper was not refilled. We went to the store and bought our own. The fixture in the bathtub hand a handheld shower sprayer that did not work and the knob to the water in the bathtub fell off, but we were able to stick it back on. The bathtub is spacious, but appeared to have mold in the grout. The toilet had a Toto bidet but it did not work either. The bathroom smelled like urine. Had we not had the issues in the bathroom we would’ve rated the stay excellent. I do think we’d like to stay at this property again because of the excellent location and rooftop access with views of the paroquilla. We did notify the owner of our issues during the stay thru WhatsApp and they never replied.

Mi esposa y yo tuvimos una excelente experiencia aquí. La propiedad está hermosa, el Loft estaba más bonito que lo que las fotos le hacen justicia. Definitivamente vamos a reservar para regresar aquí en el futuro.

Stay here!! We had the absolute best time in SMA and the location of sollano 34 could not have been better!! Just minutes from the square, coffee shops (highly recommended the one right on the corner, ki’bok), shopping and don’t forget to go up to the rooftop terrace and take in the AMAZING views! Would 10000% stay here again!

This is the second time I stay here. Both times have been wonderful. Beautiful place two blocks from La Parroquia, cafes, restaurants, shopping and pharmacies. Definitely would stay again!

Loved it very private and amazing views from the rooftop/patio. Our loft was amazing. We will definitely stay here again next time we return to SMA. One thing to keep in mind there’s lots of steps if you are carrying luggage.

This place is absolutely perfect, especially for any visitor new to San Miguel de Allende. The location is less than 5 minutes to the center of town/the Parroquia San Miguel de Allende. We walked everywhere! Also, the property is very unassuming on the outside but once you enter the doors- WOW! It’s a gorgeous courtyard with lots of amazing common areas, beautiful plants and architecture, and the rooftop deck is lovely and has an incredible view of the Church and the surrounding areas. We were blown away. Our loft- #5- was very pretty inside and had a nice big bathtub. After a day of walking and sightseeing, we’d come back to the loft, draw a bath, and open the windows and look onto the very private patio and enjoy the cool breeze. The church bells ringing are also nice to hear while soaking in the tub. It was the perfect way to revive ourselves after a day of walking on cobblestones, before we went to dinner. Lucia was our contact and she was very responsive to any of our needs. We let her know there was no hairdryer and within 30 seconds, there was a knock on our door with housekeeping bringing us a hairdryer! We definitely give this property the highest rating possible- and cannot wait to return. It’s truly magical!

This place was awesome, the room was fantastic and location was great. The only thing, there is construction next door so 8AM comes loud and clear with the pounding and sawing. Luckily we were out most of the day.
