Room was dirty and didn’t look cleaned. Towels and bed sheets looked dirty. There was no basic things like soap in the bathroom. Was given a tv remote and was not surprised to find it not working. Wouldn’t recommend to stay here unless it’s the only option.

Required $50 CASH deposit which was listed NOWHERE in the booking. Very sketchy area & front desk woman was really weird too. She said no more than 2 wirds to me & was very unhelpful. Hotels.com upgraded ne to a much better hotel but I recommend NO ONE stays here. Lots of homeless outside as well

We had the weirdest experience staying here and do not recommend anyone to visit. As we left our room the door was really hard to shut and as we came back from going out we saw our door open and we walk in and a homeless person was in our room layed in our bed smoked a cig and left the ashes everywhere as well as used our bathroom. As well as bugs in the shower and not enough towels or amenities provided. No soap or toilet paper either. The scariest and worst experience I’ve had entering my room as some random homeless person was laying in our bed and we had to kick them out. The staff were rude and took forever checking us in. Wish I could have got my money back.

Do not stay here. The staff is so rude. Learn some manners. I paid for the night and didn’t even get to stay one because I was unaware of a required cash deposit. When I told her I didn’t face it, she gave me a dirty look and threw my id back at me and told me to leave. She walked away and I yelled “I want my money back if you’re not going to let me stay!” And she told me to call the app to get my refund. So I did and the app cannot issue me refunds until the motel either returns their calls or responds to the emails. So it’s going in three days and I cannot get my money back. In total it’s about 160
