The hotel was clean inside; however the grounds are littered with trash. This is a pet friendly hotel and you pay extra for the pet but there are no trash bins outside to throw away dog bags. The shuttle into town was convenient during the day. Staff was adequate.

So nice, and in another way so bad! Beautifully clean, lovely rooms, really well appointed. But the bar was shut already at 9pm! I mean, no food, no drink and miles from anywhere. So I went out, no big deal, but why have amenities and shut them so early? The very worst thing is that you can hear everything from every nearby room. The women above were partying at 2:20am and I wasn’t invited, so I just had to lie awake listening to the racket and it really was LOUD! A few tweaks like soundproofing and an open bar/ resto and it could be delightful!

Pros: Easy to get to downtown if you have a car, quiet, clean, very comfortable beds Cons: Very low water pressure, elevators can have struggles (with the doors, not safety), sheets and towels were small and felt basic, little drawer space (closet? didn't have a door?)

Self parking No free breakfast, paid breakfast at bar/restaurant in lobby The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. Above the fridge/freezer is a shelf with a tray with the coffee maker, coffee and an ice bucket. It I went to move it to make room, but it was literally stuck to the surface. I finally pried it off because it was basically glued there by sugar and spills from previous occupants. How does the cleaning staff NOT move the tray to clean underneath it?! The conditioner dispenser in the shower was empty, the tissue box had one tissue in it. The wasn’t a closet to hang anything, just 3 pegs with some hangers. The shower had no hooks to hang your towel, the sliding bathroom barn door was too heavy to close and didn’t seal the bathroom so no true privacy. Make sure you get a room above the second floor because our view was of the roof The only good thing was the proximity it was to Savannah

Clean room, like new! They have Keurig type coffee makers but you should bring your own coffee pods and creamer. They only supplied us with one coffee pod and no creamer. If you’re not a coffee fan then it’s no big deal other than that the staff and hotel were excellent. We also ate at their Dockside restaurant and it was excellent.

This is a bare bones hotel. Good for the price, but nothing special unfortunately. Bathrooms were only kind of clean, no bar soap or bottles of water, phone in room didn't work ... just okay overall!

The first room they put us in had a broken bathroom door so they moved us to another room. The bathroom in the second room was not very clean. Coffee was not complimentary which I find odd for a hotel. It is also not in the best part of town.

Did not provide me with even a partial refund when I thought I booked for the night I had arrived (I was driving overnight from MD and stopped halfway in Savannah around 5am) they did not allow me to early check in ( which I understand) but I had booked the hotel through the site ( 15 minutes before I had tried to check in) and asked for a partial refund which they did not provide.
