Parking was more than sufficient, the rooms and building were clean. The bar/restaurant wasn't open during the week, but that made sense given that there seemed to be few guests. The little I interacted with the staff, they were friendly and helpful. Location was good, just a 10 minute drive to historic downtown. Area was quiet, except for the occasional plane from the airport. Overall recommended.

The Hotel is newer but they No one to check you out. use Virtual Check In that did not work when we tried to check in. There was not 1 employee around to ask for help. Had to call the # listed 3x before someone picked up. They had to send someone from their other hotel to come check us in. This check in took 1 hr and we were ready to cancel. When leaving the trash was overflowing out front all the cigarette butts in the aah tray our front was beyond full. This is not welcoming to guests at all. The room was clean and beds comfy. The 1 elevator was out of service.

We will definitely return. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean but needed a little extra cleaning to rate a 5. There is a great restaurant bar in the hotel serving good cocktails and food. It’s very popular though so be prepared to wait for your drink and meal. Convenient to downtown and love the shuttle.
