到着時の男性スタッフは、穏やかかつ親切でありがたかったが、出発時の女性スタッフはヒステリックな金切り声で呼び止め、小言を言われた。 宅急便の着払い伝票を記入し、返送する段ボール函を部屋に置いてきたことに対してだが、他のホテルで咎められたことは一度もない 次はダメですよ！という背中越しの声に、リピーターになると思ってるの？と言い返したかったが、相手にしていては、私がそのレベルに下がることだから、無言で去った。 チェックイン時に、近所のbarを探し、道順を丁寧に教えてくれたスタッフとは雲泥の差、もしかしたら経営者一族かな？とも後で感じた。 少人数でヤリクリしているのか、盤も朝も一人体制だった。

よく利用しますが、冬はトイレの便座が冷たくて100均で貼るシートを買いました。 貸し出しの毛布は他のホテルよりふわふわしてます。足温機も貸し出しがありエアコン嫌いの私には嬉しかったです。前より少しアメニティの基礎化粧品の数が減った気がしました。お隣りのサンドイッチ屋さんはとても美味しいのですが朝食のプランにしなかったので買いに行きました。朝から開いてるのでいいですね。

出張で2度目の宿泊です。 新しい施設で綺麗なお部屋、 快適に連泊しました。 駅から近く、コンビニも通り道にあります。 裏手のサンドイッチ屋さんも営業していて、昼ごはん用に購入しましたが、とても美味しかったです。 また次回も、出張の際に利用したいと思います。

大通りに面した部屋に宿泊しました。部屋の換気ダクトは、外と中をフィルターで隔てているタイプのものでした。このフィルターがただの厚手のスポンジのようなものだったため、ダクトを閉めても外の音が部屋に響き渡り、睡眠を妨げられ、非常にストレスを感じました。大通りに面しているため、バイクのエンジン音やパトカーや救急車のサイレン音など、静かな時間が訪れることはありませんでした。睡眠不足で体調を崩しました。この部屋を設計した人は、部屋に泊まる人のことを考えていないと思いました。

この度はお世話になりました。 お部屋の大きさもちょうどよく、施設もきれいだったので、2日間快適に過ごさせて頂きました。 ただ、キャリーバッグを広げられるものがあると助かります。 あと、冷蔵庫のつまみを回さなければ冷えなかったので、表示があると良かったかと思います。バスタオルを掛ける所（ドアの裏に引っ掛ける）もあったら良いと思わせて頂きました。 機会があればまた、お願いすると思います。今回は、ありがとうございました。

阪急高槻市駅から近く立地良。室内は綺麗で十分満足できる快適性でした。朝食はサンドイッチは複数の種類から好きなだけ選ぶことができサイドも含めかなり満足できました。あえて言うなら大通りに面しており防音が十分とは言えないので少しうるさかったです。
