I have just stayed 3 nights here with my daughter. We can only say very positive things about this hotel. Despite arriving early, we were allowed to check in to our room and hour early. We had a lovely twin bed room on floor 3 which was more than adequate for what we need. It was very clean and comfortable. There was not much of a view from the window, but this didn't bother us at all. We had breakfast each morning at extra charge. There was a good choice of buffet style hot and cold food, tea, coffee and juice. The hot and cold drinks were available all for free as well as cake and fresh fruit and a popcorn machine, which I thought was a great idea! The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. A couple of small things were resolved immediately and without fuss. The hotel is very close to many bus routes and only a 7/8 minute walk from the metro station Saldahna with a direct line to the Airport in around 15 minutes. Overall I was very happy to stay here and would highly recommend to anyone else who is looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Lisbon
