Hotel looking very tired and in need of updating. Bathroom looked like something out of the early 80s. Room was clean, headboard had places were varnish had gone. Chipped wood on the cupboards in the bathroom. Main customer areas looked nice and fresh. A Shane the hotel was let down by the actual room you are paying for . At the price it was per night. I eciected the room to be a bit more up to date.

The room and staff were good. However, only one of the 2 elevators was operational making for a long wait time since the hotel was busy. Additionally, the ice machine was out of order on the 3rd floor which was very inconvenient. I expect more from the Hilton chain of hotels.

Staff was quick to address any questions. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. Area was clean and food was frequently replaced if running low. Business center needed attention. Wifi slow at times. Felt I got what I paid for and would stay again if ever in the area.
