This place is just amazing in every way. The view from our room overlooking the kamo river is very picturesque. The layout of the room is very well designed and the room is huge and tastefully decorated. The location is close to the subway and minimarts. Love the microwave, the 2 televisions, and the washing machine. Highly recommend!!

My second stay here. Manager upgraded me to panoramic view. Again, amazing Michelin star restaurant reservations for lunch and dinner. Early and fast check-in (less than a minute), super clean, modern, classy. Great space. Staff did some grocery shopping for me as I had a tight schedule. 今回の京都の旅は以前にも旅行で宿泊したKAMOを再訪。 ホテルの立地は静かな環境に囲まれているにもかかわらず、京阪線出町柳駅があり、祇園四条やその他の観光スポットにもアクセス良好で、これぞ京都という多くの観光客でにぎわう有名な観光スポットも静かな住環境もいいとこどりができました。 久しぶりの宿泊でしたが、部屋は非常に広く開放感があり、床から天井にまで及ぶ大きな窓からも冬の静寂の鴨川を一望できました。 お風呂好きの日本人の私としては、深さがあり追い焚き機能がついている浴槽にはやはり感動しました。 また、普段は不眠症が酷い私ですが、ホテルのシモンズマットレスが私に合っていたのか、宿泊した数日はぐっすり眠ることができました。 ホテルのスタッフも親切で、遅い時間にかえって来て色々ダメもとで夜食や飲み物をお願いしたのですが、機転を利かせて対応してもらえて非常に驚きました。 朝食も私の希望に合わせてカスタマイズしていただきうれしかったです。私は日本語で足りたのですが、スタッフの方は中国語、英語のコミュニケーションも全く問題ないようで、特に欧米のお客さんにも人気なようです。ホテルには洗濯機、電子レンジ、オープンキッチンなどの設備も整っており、事前にスタッフの方に伝えておけば、洗濯や乾燥もしてもらえるので、日中遊びまわっていた私としても助かりました。 次にまとまった休みがいつ取れるか分かりませんが、また、次回もこちらでゆっくりリラックスするのを楽しみにしています。
