The front desk staff was great! Parking was plentiful and the shuttle to the casino was an added plus. The bed was comfortable and the room was quite. Fridge in the room but no microwave. There is a microwave in the lobby though. No room service because the hotel is separate from the casino. Just a vending machine. They're in the midst of renovating the hotel. The room we had was renovated but there was still the same old worn furniture in there. Maybe that'll get changed out later. But we enjoyed the stay.

It looked nothing like the room I booked on line. The furniture in the room needs to be thrown away or cleaned at minimum. The sheets on the bed weren’t even fitted, it was a flat sheet just shoved under the mattress. Every mirror had finger prints and I think they forgot to vacuum for at-least a couple months. Plus every time the air kicked on, it made this loud clunk noise. The entry way and bathroom floors were awful. Grime in the corners an forget about being barefoot on that carpet lol No one could pay me enough to stay there again
