I had reserved 4 nights during the Winter Olympics and the location of this apartment is ideal. The neighbourhood is safe and with a supermarket nearby. The metro station is just right downstairs and it only takes 10-15 minutes to arrive at the Central train station and Duomo by metro. If the heating function of the split type air-conditioner can be stronger, it would be ideal. And the elevator did not function throughout my stay, wonder if it normally operates.

The room was nice. They need to simplify the communication. Too many emails and to access the building you need to find the correct email (there are many), open it, click on a link, open a new page, then click on a button…so in the rain, I’m trying to figure all this stuff out. The ability to open doors with an app is cool, but they need to work on simplifying the communication. The hot water runs out quickly. Overall the stay was good, but good be better. I imagine an elderly person would be quite challenged trying to figure this out.

Hard to find the location and a bit complicated, the bed was really comfortable and had lots of room well equipped, how ever the shower was disgusting not clean at all and you can hear and feel the under ground/ metro near by.

The location is excellent, right by the metro station. Penny market and Pam store is also very close. The apartment is good, but has a few issues to mention. When we arrived, the window was open and the bed was covered with dead midges. We were able to sweep them off, so we didn’t make a fuss about it. The apartment is described as having a separate bedroom and a balcony - none of that is true. It is a studio style apartment, one of 4 that were created by converting one large apartment into 4. Because of this, our room had a corner “box” protruding into our space, which was the bathroom of the next apartment. We could hear the shower, the washing machine right next to our bed. You can also hear the TV from the next apartment. There is just one tall wardrobe with a few hangers, but no shelves or drawers to unpack. We lived out of our suitcases for a week. They should really put in a dresser or install shelves into the wardrobe, there is plenty of space. The washing machine was very convenient. The wifi was flaky sometimes, cutting out. The gate opener app sometimes didn’t work right, needed several attempts to open the door. You definitely need a smartphone with a data plan to use this apartment- you can’t get inside otherwise, and can’t open the lockbox to get the keys. We got a set of keys, but only the apartment key worked, we couldn’t figure out what the others were for: none of them fit the gate. Also, we couldn’t get the elevator work either, had to carry luggages up.

L'hébergement était conforme à l'annonce, bien situé, avec de nombreux restaurants et commerces à proximité, et une station de métro à côté permettant de se rendre aux principaux sites touristiques. Mais le système d'enregistrement est très complexe, notamment pour l'envoi des pièces d'identité et le paiement, et le système d'accueil dématérialisé (tout par internet est à revoir, notamment pour quelqu'un sans accès à internet. C'est une source de stress.
