10/10 Exceptional

Efficient contactless check in was first time experience and it went smoothly. Ample parking and convenient location set back from State Route and traffic .
Lynn, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

The room was clean, although no hand soap and minimal towels were provided. The room was obviously on the older side, but very well kept. We had a nice stay.
Oaklie, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Parking was easy and self-check in was easy as well. Unfortunately within 45 mins of checking in, we discovered roaches in our room and vacated immediately to stay elsewhere.
Sara, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

The location is great. The room was clean. It was odd that there was no staff. There also was no hand or shower soap. Fortunately the Whole Foods across the road had what I needed. The property is good, not great.

Nice Stay

Quaint hotel. Two floors. No elevator. One block from a wonderful Whole Foods with great Buffet. Great value for the $$$. Odd electronic checkin.... which worked fine, but was a first for me. And SEDONA is AWESOME.
David, 2-night trip

Great bang for you buck

If you’re looking to trim some fat in your budget and still be comfortable, I suggest this place. Sedona can be a bit pricey, so I really appreciate have options like this! We flew into Sedona in a C-172, so its distance from the airport was much appreciated.
Zack, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Was in a rundown area. Did not feel safe. Did not stay, just ate the cost.
Adrian, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

It was startling to find
Parisse, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Came here on a last min trip solo, was just what I needed. Partially picked it because it had a microwave/fridge situation, and i came to Sedona to chill and hike so this was perfect. Didn’t mind the virtual check in because I sometimes arrive late. Parking lot is tight but always had a spot. Ice machine had nugget ice and this was a nice lil perk for me. Across main road from groceries, gas, etc and right next to some restaurants. Easy to get to/from all of Sedona. Would consider staying again.
Amanda, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Everything you need in an amazing quiet area and in the main street of sedona. Highly recommended

This place is ran from people over seas! Don’t support this business regardless of the price! This e sad that we didn’t know till we got there! I would spend 3-4 times more than support this foreign company ran company! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE! USA! This place is trash!

Amazing hotel

Very clean and comfortable. Easy to check in. Awesome stay!
1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Solo traveler safe (i felt like it was), right near grocery, food, gas, etc. Sedona is small enough that most places are “walking” or close distance enough to navigate around easily by car. Picked this place for last min price but a plus that a fridge/coffeemaker/microwave situation was included. This is massively helpful On roadtrips. The virtual agent might seem odd for some but I found it easy and i checked in in under 5 mins and i appreciate late night/24 hr help because i got in late. Would consider again.
Amanda, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

I liked the spacious bathrooms, proximity to downtown and tourist attractions as well as friendly staff and quick response to inquiries
Courage, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

We did not even stay. The room wreaked of cleaning agents making it difficult to breath. I would not put my bare feet in the shower, the toilet looked like it was stuck to the floor with 10 year old used chewing gum. My wife refused to stay there so we left and drove home 2+ hours after having dinner. This place is a dump. I asked for a refund but was told no There was no one there for checkin, it took me 10 minutes to get a room code from some remote agent that I had to call twice. What a joke. If I were hotels.com I would not even offer this property in search results.
David, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

The reception and room had an extreme amount of overwhelming airfreshner which made it difficult to breath. The bed mattress was worn out and one sank into a hole in the middle of the bed making it impossible to sleep. We serious considered sleeping on the floor or just leaving on the first night.
Mary Ann, 2-night trip

I reslly live this place!!
Wilmarie, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good small inn located only 6 minutes from uptown Sedona. Very close to many hikes and sightseeing spots. I was here for 6 days and used less than 1/3 tank of gas going out daily for hiking, work, and shopping.
Scott, 6-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Good location, walking distance to the town, nice and quiet! Clean room! Would definitely stay there for our next trip to Sedona!
Christina, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good for the price.

I would stay there again, though not alone. I didn't like there not being staff around for assistance.
Jami, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Absolutely enjoyed it
Troy, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

This hotel says it has a 24 hour front desk.... it is virtual and worthless. Ice machine broken with no help to get fixed even when requested twice, spa closed even though it was serviced, one robe in room when it was booked for two. Very disappointing.
