The biggest benefit to this motel is it's proximity to all the hiking and downtown area. Beyond that, the room smelled strongly of bleach and cleaning supplies, the window in the bathroom wouldn't close, the bathroom wasn't ventilated, the only chair in the room was broken you the point it was dangerous to sit on, and the whole building is in need of repair. There is rust everywhere, on the stairs, the curtain rods, the doors, and many worn holes in the baseboards/walls. Even the hot tub was tepid at best. It's affordable, but that's about it.
