The location was incredible. Walking distance from the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops. If you follow the instructions emailed to you, parking and check in is a breeze. It does get very loud outside since you are next to an extremely busy road, but we were in one of the middle rooms and inside was soundproofed well. Will certainly bring my family back here again.

Room was clean but bare bones. No lid on toilet. Spacious though. don't expect a view. appreciated the mini fridge and microwave. centrally located to the boardwalk. Parking is a bit tricky to figure out.

Some deep cleaning is needed. Black marks on bathroom door and light switch in bathroom either dirty or very worn. We didn’t find the microwave until the day we were leaving. Assumed there wasn’t one so some type of notice might help. The only other improvement I would like is bathroom shampoo, conditioner and soap should be labeled in some way so you can tell which is which. Enjoyed location and personnel.

Double booked the room. Gave us a room walked in on people sleeping. Then the next room was known for the fire alarm going off when you take a shower per the fire department(which obviously happened to us and why we now know). Then the person at the number we called for the fire alarm issue was the most unhelpful and rude person ever. Did not complete our night there. Horrible experience. Beautiful location horrible place to stay.

The room was clean, but very, very small, not as depicted in the pictures at all. It was close to everything and if you squinted really hard from the balcony all the way down to the left, you could see the water.. We are all good natured people, and we had a great time, but it certainly was not reflective of the hotel.

Room was clean and everything was as advertised but the TV’s internet didn’t work well and we didn’t see a sign on the back of the door until we left about the internet. If something doesn’t work correctly on the TV I would put a note on the tv or near the remote so people see it when they are operating the Tv
