The staff was great and it was a decent room but the attention to detail was lacking. Marks on the walls, bathroom door paint peeling, bathroom light flickering, dirty grout, the tub needed a reglaze, to name a few issues but it wasn’t the worst I’ve seen and definitely not the best.

It's not a five-star hotel but it's a little bit disappointing when the elevator is out for 3 days only to find out that all they have to do is turn it on. The other customers allow their children to run up and down the halls all hours of the day and night. That isn't the hotels fault but it is an inconvenience.

Safe and clean. We stayed for about six weeks. I’d say the only issue is we put in a maintenance request twice and was never helped. Ac wasn’t working properly and the fridge was going out. Made loud humming noises and leaked water.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, some amenities were low or missing but it wasn't anything to be upset about. What i didnt like was the check in process was horrible. The front desk receptionist obviously didnt know what she was doing, therefore the line was out of the door. I was literally in line for an hour. They should've had someone helping her. Then later I came back to ask for something and the lady at the desk was so unwelcoming. So I wont be coming back for that reason. Hospitality staff need to realize that they have the power to make or break whether or not a customer returns.

Well let me start with my first minute I walked in to register... This lady that was in front of me complained about a cockroach in her room among other things. They did give her a new room without any kind of credit. They gave me a room that appeared clean but after a few hours in the room, the bottom of my socks were dark and this was with a room without carpeting. There was no soap bars and the 3 dispensers were empty. There were no towel racks to hang my wet towels on. I asked for maid service every other day, but only got any service two days later. When I complained by the 4th day, they saw my request on the maids blotter but the maids had all left for the day. I finally got maid service on the 5th day by a maid called Angel. She did a good job of mopping the floor but told me that they don't give here the proper cleaning liquids to do the job right. If it wasn't for her, I would have given the place a ONE STAR! The breakfast was a apple juice, breakfast bar and an apple in a paper bag, that's it. On a good note, the wifi was fast.

Upon arriving, they could not accommodate me for the room I reserved. Me and my family of 5 had to stay in a king dump for a whole week. After being told they would call and let us know if the two queen bed would come available, that didn’t. The hotel never had towels available for us, so we had to go to meijer to purchase our own towels. There was a door located outside of our room that stayed unlocked at all times. They never came to clean the room ONE time. On the last day I spotted a bed bug on the wall outside of our room. Saying all of this to say, if I were you, I WOULD NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL. I’d rather sleep in my car.

The manager is amazing the rest of the staff needs work. There were kids running up and down the hallway playing on the elevators at all hours. The elevator was out for a day and a half. The ice machine was down for 3 days. I was a bit upset that it took hours to get fresh towels a few times they never came at all, even though I offered to bring down my own towels and get fresh ones. If you want housekeeping to clean your room you have to pay $10 each time. You have to take your own trash out to the bins they don't come and collect the trash either. On the plus side it is centrally located near a lot of great shopping and restaurants but the facility itself? Yeah, I'll pass!
