There was no water pressure, luke warm water both nights. The breakfast was subpar & with an hour left with breakfast the workers refused to refill empty items. Several people complained to no avail. Neglected isn’t the word! How about laziness!! The room was not cleaned enough. We had to pull the nightstand out to make and redo plug-ins as the alarm clock wouldn’t charge our phones; the filth behind the nightstand ( mound of dust) a broken pink fingernail; fruit loop; pen; and little papers. The light above the bed didn’t work ; the safety lock on door was hanging half off; the bathroom was half way clean..and there was a cockroach crawling across the floor..I went down to manager on duty and complained. He didn’t seem to care. I had booked for 2 nights and since it was after 8 pm I told him we would be checking out in morning and I wanted my second night cancelled. We pulled the covers back to make sure they were clean to sleep for the night as it was late. Next morning we left early . I got a printed out receipt and will be watching my credit card to make sure there are no other charges as I will dispute them.
