Room was very nice, clean, and beds were comfortable. Pool was amazing and the slide was super fun but was so packed with people that it made the experience a little less enjoyable. Line for the slide was always long and hot tub was always packed. As a parent of teenage kids, we ended up leaving the pool area much sooner than we normally would simply because of the chaos and noise level. Breakfast was also super yummy and well made but there were not enough seats in the dinning area to accommodate the number of diners so many people were just standing around eating on counters. Overall, great hotel if you don’t mind all the people.

We had such an amazing stay! This hotel is absolutely perfect for families. The indoor swimming area is a huge highlight—spacious, super fun, and very well maintained. It really felt like a mini indoor water park, and the kids couldn’t get enough of it! The location is also fantastic, with plenty of nearby activities, dining options, and things to do—so we never ran out of ways to enjoy our time. The staff truly made the experience even better. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The only small thing that would make this place even more perfect would be having smart TVs or streaming options available in the rooms. But honestly, that’s just a bonus—everything else exceeded our expectations. This place is amazing in every way from the staff, to the suites, to the food, to the amenities and not to mention the pool was a big hit with our family we were there every day! And no matter what question we had the staff was always happy to help. And house keeping is A+. They knew when the right time to come. Cause we always had plans to do stuff when we stayed there and every time we left we would come back and our beds would be made and our dirty dishes would be in the dish washer. Which we thought was very nice. Which they didn’t have to do that that but we appreciate the little things a lot. Thank you stay bridge. We are lifelong IHG Members.

My stay consisted of 5 nights with my family in the first week of February. The heater was on for the entire time, so yeah, we were sweating in our sleep. We had to change rooms because the stove was broken and so we couldn’t cook. We were removed no problem, but it is an overall good stay for the price.

We like this place because the breakfast is a buffet breakfast and delicious. Omelets, sausage, hash browns, cereal, muffins, make your own waffles, fruit yogurt...juices. The room is amazing but the slide is only open on the weekends and it says there are lifeguards on the website but there are not lifeguards when the slide isn’t open. Also, I couldn’t use two forms of payment when I checked in which I have been able to do at other hotels.

Our 2 bedroom suite was perfect for visiting with family and friends all together in the main living room area. They have a better than average complimentary breakfast (even the coffee is decent). The pool area is a blast for kids and getting the wiggles out- with a great tube slide that goes out the back of the hotel and back in to the pool for older kids, as well as a smaller slide and shallow play area for tiny kiddos. This was our second stay and chose it again for all of the above reasons.
