Very dated with chipped paint in room, uncomfortable bed. No plugs near bed, no tissues in room. The checkin area looked good- it deteriorated as soon as you went up to the 2nd floor! Swimming pool closed after 4pm so no use to people working

The room and hotel was really good i would definitely go here again. The only negative is that i received an email 6 days prior to my stay stating the leisure facilities were unavailable. Thus, i did not pack any attire for the pool to then be told when i arrived that it was back open. This was frustrating and i hope they improve their communications. Apart from this, great place to stay.

Hotel looks good from the outside, Some rooms have be re decorated, I got 112 which was not, very dated and 1970. Restaurant artisan is nice, I just got a rude waiter, so had a takeaway the second night, as didn’t want to go through the pain again. Didn’t use the pool, as locals use it and gets busy. Didn’t have breakfast as work early. Good size car park, need more EV chargers as all taken on arrival, and still took in the morning.

Nice Hotel

Room was clean and a generous size. Though somewhat dated in appearance. Shower over the bath really needs a walk in shower area. We only stayed one night after attending a wedding nearby.Breakfast was a full English and very good.
