The front desk staff was great and the room was clean. The internet wasn't great, the TV didn't work well (internet?), and the pool wasn't heated. I booked specifically for the indoor pool and then we couldn't use it because temps had been in the 30s and 40s and the water was too cold.

The building needed updated, the breakfast was not that good. The window in the room was not sealed so had to put a shirt there to keep the wind out. Someone was smoking weed and had to put clothes under the door because it was getting into our room. Room was definitely not worth the price.

My husband and I stayed for one night. The great thing is we were able to save about $67 on our room because of hotels.com a couple of negatives were that we had some lights that didn't work the bathroom fan didn't work some raw electrical edges on a light fixture two different light fixtures The room is a little dated But it was clean and pretty quiet and the staff was helpful so we gave it four stars. does it need to be updated and redecorated absolutely could use some more paint and light fixtures that work yes absolutely does the furniture absolutely need to go back to the '70s where it came from you got it but other than the fact that it's like a frozen a time capsule it was good it was a good stay We enjoyed ourselves very much.

Staff were nice. The room however was horrible. The shower wall had black mold growing on it and had pink mildew. Paint was coming off the doors and front door did not completely stay secure. The bed sheets were dirty looked like they just made the bed up with oil looking stains on it. Above the air unit the paint was peeling off in a big sheet like there is a water leak there.

Breakfast was ok , nothing special and nobody cleaned the tables we had the ling suite and there were sheets on the sofa bed that weren’t clean- the staff gave us new ones but they had no pillows available so my kid had to use a blanket in a pillow case which wasn’t ideal but better than nothing. My main gripe is that the indoor pool was 67 degrees. Why bother advertising an indoor pool if it’s too cold to use? Seems like false advertising to me. The hotel staff was police and helpful but not heating your indoor pool while advertising it as open is a big no no for me

The guy at the front desk when I checked in was rude, I asked for first floor because I had my service dog (which is usually the main floor). He didn't have enough common sense to realize that when I said I wanted first floor because of the dog their hotel main floor was the second floor and he put me downstairs on the first floor. The toilet was running on and off all night, the windows looked like someone had broken in st one point, the locks on the door didn't work properly and could only use one of them. I will not stay at this property again.
