Beautiful location, walkable to shop, dine and beach. The picture on my room reserved showed a balcony, when I arrived there was not a balcony room reserved for me or available. The night attendant was NOT helpful and pretty much said this is your room and you'll have to take up your issues with the people that are here in the morning...older guy, did not get his name. Grumpy fella. Otherwise everyone else while we were there were kind, helpful and we enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to come back.

Hotel was in a convenient location in the heart of Fairhope Alabama. Staff was friendly, building was neat and clean. Unfortunately, our room view was an adjacent brick wall but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. Room was quiet,bed was comfortable, complimentary breakfast was great!
