The fresh warm front desk cookies were a great little plus. Location was perfect, and parking garage free, convenient, and easily accessible on foot and by car. Dropped a star because the bathroom was not very clean (hair in sink and on floor, sticky floor around toilet).

They don’t have daily housekeeping, the bathroom sink was stopped up, upholstery on chairs had terrible stains(I have photos of condition). TV did not work and personnel not too friendly. I’m planning to stay at Grand Hotel in the future.
