Air conditioning didn’t work, I asked for a toothbrush ( which holiday inn advertised) and they didn’t have any nor did they have any amenities, fire alarm went off around 5 AM and woke my family up and scared my little ones, when I called the front desk to make sure it wasn’t anything serious no one answered Breakfast seemed to end before 9 am This surprised me because I usually have a great experience with holiday inn but not this time

Good stay , three things I think could be better. One shower drain had hair and a candy wrapper so not sure how clean the shower was. The elevator had a strong electrical smell . The automatic lights in the living room area was annoying because we get up to use the restroom at night so it was a pain to have to go click them out because they stay on a long time. And the check out staff told me she couldn’t give me a receipt because I booked third party. I always book third party and have stayed at many holiday inn and always was given a receipt at checkout.
