The hotel was OK as a place to sleep. There were some issues with the bathroom. When I checked in, the towel rack had fallen out of the wall and was on the floor. I alerted the front desk but they did nothing about it. In addition, the plug in the sink was stuck in the closed position. And on my first day, the coffee machine in the lobby was broken. Other than that, the hotel was clean and the wifi worked well.

However, the service we received upon check in this last time was disappointing. The girl at the front desk clearly didn't want to be there. WE LOVE THIS HOTEL! The staff is always amazing and always so willing to help when needed. The rooms are always clean, and no bad smell anywhere in the hotel.
