We stayed for 4 nights and it was amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful with anything we needed. The location is about a 10 minute walk to the grand bazaar with many attractions along the way. Breakfast was included and had a good selection available. Would definitely visit again, thank you for making our stay as comfortable as possible!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was amazing. Super friendly and helpful at all times. Perfect location - very short walk to Ayasofia, Blue Mosque and tram. I didn't eat breakfast so can't comment, but when I checked in I was greeted with a warm cloth to clean my hands and the most refreshing lemon/orange drink I've ever had. My only caution is that the lobby is between floors 1 and 2, and there are stairs you must take to access the elevator. There is some noise transfer between rooms, so you may want a white noise machine if you're a light sleeper, but it was not disruptive or problematic. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den super freundlichen Mitarbeitern empfangen – man fühlt sich direkt willkommen! Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, ebenso wie die Lage und der Service des Hotels. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass man zum Frühstück in ein anderes Gebäude gehen muss, was aber wirklich nicht weiter stört. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Excellent hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious, clean, with a modern bathroom & very comfortable bed. Breakfast was a highlight: a fresh buffet plus eggs and pancakes cooked to order. Plenty of choice, attentive staff, and a very clean dining area. The location couldn’t be better – right in the old city, just minutes’ walk from the Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, and both the Grand and Egyptian Bazaars. This hotel truly does not disappoint. Its great value for money & we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!
