Zero sound proof. The club nearby plays loud music every night. It could be a nice place to stay if you normally don’t sleep before 3am.

Good room, Sonder app, was on changeover to Marriott system so didn’t work, chat option online to resolve hopeless, double charged for room, extensive efforts to have funds returned ended with lots of buck passing as to who was responsible, returned funds but exchange rate difference saw less money returned, less than satisfactory.

Fantastic! Love the ease of the Sonder. They added a security guard outside and that’s great, not necessary but nice gesture. I enjoy staying here and their gym is clean!

I was really torn between giving this hotel 3 or 4 stars. But I decided to give this hotel 4 stars. Pros: The hotel itself is beautiful. The room is beautiful it was like a 2 bedroom apartment. Having a washer and dryer was a pleasant surprise. There was also a fridge and dishwasher. There were pots, pans, forks, spatula, bowls and plates. There was also provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash and laundry pods. The room was also very clean and my husband said the bed, pillows and blankets were super comfortable. We were on the 6th floor wasn't too noisy. Cons: the floors felt overly sandy. I highly recommend bringing slippers or sandals. I think the room could us a few rugs so you don't have to walk on the floor. There was only a tv in the living room. I like having a tv in atleast one of the bedrooms. Our two biggest complaints is one the neighborhood/area and the parking. The area is very run down, trashy and smelly. A lot of homeless people. Me and my husband have been in rundown areas but this one takes the cake even we were a little uncomfortable. There are vendors selling food EVERYWHERE! Two, the parking. There is literally no parking anywhere nearby for free. Everywhere was 30$ with signs that said no going in and out. We luckily didn't have to pay $30 because my husband drove around in circles 5 times until he saw a free space right across the street from the hotel door. He had to stop traffic and do a u turn to get the spot.

Amamos. Ficamos cerca de 10 dias e a estadia foi incrível. Além de todo o suporte, eles também disponibilizam tudo para o funcionamento do apartamento no dia a dia. Tudo de excelente qualidade, limpeza e muito bacana. As áreas comuns são sempre bem limpas e preservadas. Existe segurança na porta 24h, o que nos deixou mais tranquilo por conta da localização. Foi excepcional, sem dúvidas iremos reservar mais vezes nesta rede!

Not the best area. The reason to get a room like this is so you can cook or reheat food but the only thing in the room was a cook top. Very load outside at night.

My room at the Sonders was clean and comfortable, and I slept well. My only problem was the parking availability, since they don't have onsite parking, I was staying at one of the suggested lots behind the building and the only one that had overnight parking. The first two days were no problem, but the last day I stayed the parking was closed and I had no other option to park at a parking deck two blocks away. This placed me in a dangerous situation since I had to leave at 1:00 am. I did not want to put my safety at risk walking at that time in the morning with so many homeless people roaming around and had to hire a Lyft to give me a ride to the parking deck. I will not be staying at the Sonders again, not because it was something wrong with the place but for the lack of a safe and convenient parking area.

O hotel acabou de passar por uma obra, ainda deixando corredor sujo e alguns pontos sem limpeza. Não existe um serviço de recepção, nem possibilidade de cafe da manha ou algum serviço de hotelaria. Não tem blackout nas janelas e muito baruljo externo dentro do apartamento. Não indico, existem outras opções melhores na próprio bairro. Procure um hotel de rede.
