Only 1 restaurant and it was a bar restaurant onsite. Standard menu not alot of options. Hotel comfort was good. Did not access internet. Transportation was only for one park. Amenities was nothing what is portrayed online the website. I expected better.

Horrible customer experience

I have never experienced a worse customer experience than here. From the beginning it just seemed very sketchy. We had to fill out a ton of online "paperwork", share our credit card information, passport etc. several times. We talked to two different staff members on the phone, who confirmed that everything was ready for us to check in. Once we arrived, after driving 7 hours with 4 kids, we were ready for an easy check in as promised, but ended up spending 2 hours on this process, because they claimed they hadn't received proper payment, even thoug we could see in our bank, that the money was payed. We had to pay the total amount of our stay twice, to get access to the house, with NO guarantee that we would get our money back. The staff did not care, and they did not try to find a solution to the problem. We were offered no form of compensation at all (wait, the kids got a soda each while they had to wait two hours to get into the house), and when we asked about a compensation the request was smoothly ignored. The aircondtion did not work at all on the first floor, and when we asked it to be fixed, we got a standard reply back, that someone fixed it, which they did not. The refrigerator kept dripping a lot of water, so my kids slipped several times and hurt themselves, which we also mentitoned, but they didn't bother to do anything about that. That said, the house and the facilities are overall ok, but the lack of service is such a huge minus!

Home was very clean. Pool was a little small but perfect for a quick cool off. Staff was amazing. I met a man by the name of Darrel and he was fantastic. The resort was really close to everything which made it nice. I highly recommend this place for families of all sizes. The themed bunk room was a huge hit with the kids!

We booked a 9 bedroom house with a theater and everyone had a blast! Waterpark was decent with one slide closed the entire time, lazy river was basic and the only complaint was the waterpark water was really warm. It felt like hot bath water and in the heat it didn’t cool you off much, especially with how hot the floor was. Still had fun! Bar food was good depending on what you ordered, $11 for tenders and fries. Chicken nachos were delicious! They ran about $20 with tax and we got it several times since it was so good. Drink were surprisingly well priced as well and they had an unlimited soda refill cup for $14. The big disappointment was the kitchen. There were tons of ants on the counter no matter how many times you cleaned it. Brought the issue to the staff and managers attention who said they couldn’t spray until we left and to contact them after we checked out. I did that and they tried to say the issue was solved which was a lie. Other than that the house itself was great and we all had a blast, just couldn’t use the counters to eat. Overall the family had a great time and if you can get a clean room you should have a blast. We will try another place before coming back due to customer service trying to hide the ant problem. High score on the basketball game for 4 rounds was 409 good luck!
