Staff was the greatest thing, especially Martina at the reception. But everyone was very kind and attentive. Good staff is the most important thing. Everything was excellent, with the exception of the blanket, which appeared soiled (yellow discoloration from perspiration). While the bed sheets were clean, the blanket itself was dirty. Breakfast was fabulous with many choices, probably the best we have ever had in Prague. Wellness was great, but a bit busy after 5 PM. The sauna world was excellent. We will stay again.

Nice hotel! I was in the adjacent building which was undergoing external refurbishment, but that was not a problem. The room was immaculate. It would have been nice if the pool/spa was included, but it wasn't overly expensive. The free welcome drink was a very nice touch. The hotel is located a bit far from the main centre, but is accessible via public transport or Uber/Bolt.
