Please don’t close bar at 11. All flights of Air France and Iberia arrives the night, and it’s not pleasant to eat in the room. It’s a shame a hotel like this radisson closes kitchens that early, besides you know very well flights arrive on night, and there’s no option.

Restaurant staff and bar staff were not hospitable. I waited nearly 30 minutes at the pool for someone to approach me and take my order while hanging poolside. No one came and I had to walk up to someone. Later at dinner that night it took nearly an hour for wings and a personal pizza. They brought the pizza and forgot the wings. I tried to cancel the wings and they brought them anyway. The restaurant staff could be more pleasant and pleasing to guests. They act like we owe them something.

Beautiful online pictures, service could improve

Arrived at the hotel at 6PM (check-in time is 3PM) I was told to come back. Returned 30mins later and was informed it wasn't ready. This lasted until 8:30PM at which time I asked for them to be honest with me which is when they informed me they overbooked the hotel and had no room. Essentially lying to me since 6PM. Around 9PM they moved me to another hotel 45mins away which I had to wake up prior to 7AM in order to be driven back to Radisson for a morning tour. After asking, they did give me a voucher for food which is why I am giving them 4 stars. The following day a room was available around 4:45PM. I would advise against rooms with pair numbers *22 to *34 as they face the pool deck and bar which is where musicians play music at times until 9:30PM and then speaker music comes on. I recommend booking a 0* room on the ground floor, it is a staircase down from the pool deck but quitter and some face the ocean. This place hosts convention almost daily bring tons of people including the pool side which is why of 25 pool loungers (hotel with 241 rooms) some are stacked on top of each other as there's no room. Food and bar drinks were nice and service. Bar serves food. Rooms have 1 shaver socket in washroom and some rooms have Type R plugs while others have Type G. Paid $300 a night wouldn't say it was worth it if you're going for a vacation.

This hotel is quite deceiving. The grounds, entrance, pool and restaurant are amazing! If you decide to stay there, unfortunately the rooms and service for room accommodations are less than optimal and really is a scam for the rates they charged. The rooms smelled like mold, there was mold on the ceiling, and had to change rooms twice to get something comfortable enough for myself and little child. There were dead bugs in the room and stays on the table. The air conditioning didn’t work for my entire stay. It stayed at 24 degrees even after 2 technicians were sent to the room. Save your money. Stay somewhere else and visit the restaurant for a great evening ambiance

Fantastic hotel with amazing facilities and spectacular views! Breakfast was fantastic - one of the best breakfast buffets we have had! Has access to four different restaurants on site, which have different themes. Room service also was great when we used it. Great rooms, well decorated, all with an amzing bath area (walk-in shower for us), large smart TV, excellent wifi and a safe and fridge plus a veranda overlookimg the sea!!! Best features was the amazing pool and pool side bar which had fantastic African/Senegalese themed entertainment almost daily, but especially weekends. Also, there is a shopping mall connected to the hotel which has everything you can ask for including a grocery store, pharmacy, cinema and restaurants. The spa was also fantastic with a sauna, steam room and hydropool as well as has a well-stocked gym free for guest use. Service was fantastic. Majority of staff, especially the breakfast buffet staff (shout out to Marie Noel and Mami), Pool Bar staff (Ndongo and the waiters), the concierge (Mami) and the reception staff (Binta, Aliou, and others)...sobmany fantastic staff, inclusing thevhousekeeping, securuty and gate staff and spa staff! There were one or two staff members who were not so polite but I will not let a bad apple spoil the bunch! The area is a great location - close to a beautiful local public beach, the African Renaissance Monument, Seaview Plaza mall, large grocery stores and the African Souvenir Market park plus much more.

I recently stayed at the Noom, formally the Radisson Hotel. The hotel accommodations were great. My only area of concern was the customer service for food. Several times when I ordered, I had to wait an extended period. However, I observed other guests arriving promptly after receiving their food. One night, it was cool as I sat outside and requested a blanket. When I ordered my food, the server did not come to check to see if I was pleased with the service. When I asked her why she didn’t check back with me about the blanket, she said she was sorry and there were no blankets. When clearly, other guests received blankets. Please emphasize to your staff the importance of customer service and how ALL guests need to be treated EQUALLY! Also, emphasize to your staff the importance of customer service and be mindful of how you treat your guests.

Great place.

We had a great stay at this place. The room was outstanding with a very large amount of fruit, coffee, water available. On check out was slow and a little confusing on payments - yet the staff are really patient and understanding. Great stay.
